1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a campsite alert watch on CampingSnap or subscribing to our Pro tier, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

CampingSnap provides an automated monitoring and notification service for hard-to-book campsite cancellations on third-party registration platforms such as Recreation.gov and ReserveCalifornia. We poll public availability calendars and email subscribers when requested dates become available.

3. No-Guarantee & Best-Effort Clause

We provide our alerts on a strictly best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that openings will be detected. We do not guarantee that notifications will be received instantly. Campsite availability is extremely volatile and spots are frequently booked within seconds. We are not responsible for missed opportunities or successful bookings that occur before you can complete a checkout. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Recreation.gov, ReserveCalifornia, or any government agency.

4. Pricing, Billing, & Refunds

We offer a free tier (limited watches) and a paid Pro tier. Paid subscriptions are processed securely by Stripe on a monthly recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will apply to the start of the next billing cycle. All fees are non-refundable unless required by local consumer laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or bypass any security constraints of CampingSnap. You may not use automated scripts to create duplicate watches or scrape data from our platform. We reserve the right to suspend accounts or watches that exhibit abusive behavior.
