We collect very limited information. This includes your email address and your specific campsite watch preferences. Your preferences contain the campground ID, target date range, and minimum nights. We do not store or process payment information. All transaction data is handled securely by Stripe.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your email address exclusively to send campground availability notifications. We also send transactional emails related to your subscription. We never sell, rent, or trade your contact info with third parties.
4. Security of Data
Your details are stored in secure Firestore databases located in secure Google Cloud facilities. We utilize industry-standard practices to protect against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration of data.
5. Opt-Out & Unsubscribing
Our alert emails are strictly opt-in. Every alert email contains a direct, unique unsubscribe link. You can click this link to immediately stop monitoring and deactivate your alert. We remove inactive alerts from active queues within one hour of your request.
